ITS ORIGIN...My first album, Where The Fire Is, was really special to produce. It captured the quieter, calmer aspect of my ‘sound’.
This new album captures the wild, passionate, extravagant, ‘breaker’ sound; coupled with moments of deep intimacy and reverence for our God. It is a live recording, which lends itself to soaring on the thermals of the Spirit in a way unique to those settings. |
Its origin was quite unusual… I was in Hong Kong when the Holy Spirit spoke to me through a dream. He said to me, “The song ‘Grace Revolution’ is for now. I want you to record it and get it out to the world.” So, when I woke up that morning I emailed a friend and asked him if was possible to do a live recording during a short visit to South Africa. He said yes, and in a space of a week, I had a venue and all the musos confirmed!

Six weeks later, I arrived in South Africa; we had one practise before the live recording a few days later – risky! I was amazed at how we well we worked together. When you worship together in the Presence of God, your hearts just knit. We made some mistakes, but I believe the heart and anointing of God overrides those. We worshipped and praised the songs onto this album; although it took 1.5hrs, it felt like 10mins. Time stands still in His glory...

THE MESSAGE...
Grace Revolution, the title song, trumpets the growing revelation-revolution around the world of the true Gospel. That God no longer relates to his children based on their performance, but on Christ’s performance on their behalf.
He cancelled the law at the cross and no longer measures us against it. There is truly nothing separating us from Him, never any condemnation or fear of judgment and anger.
All our sin, past, present and future and all our sickness has been dealt with at the cross. We have been given a new nature – our spirits made perfect; our sinful nature is gone and replaced with a desire to love like Him. We have been born again, and are truly the sons and daughters of God.

Believing this Gospel of grace sets you free from performance, human-effort, striving and sin. It frees you to receive His love and release His love.
It opens the door to real relationship apart from religion. It breaks you out of the criticism of Michal and brings you into the child-like frolicking of David before the Lord. It liberates you from religious control and man-pleasing and heals your heart. |
Grace is a Person, Jesus Christ. It is not a political-religious war that we fight with other churches or flows. It is not an intellectual theological debate. It is only understood in relationship with the Person Himself.
Grace sets you up for a life of joy, creativity and sustained, every-increasing supernatural living that changes nations and shapes history.
